Casse-Tete: A Festival of Experimental Music is produced by the Casse-Tete Arts Society, a non-profit society registered under the British Columbia Societies Act.
The mission of the Casse-Tête Arts Society is to create, nurture, advance, and promote challenging art in Northern British Columbia.

Proposals are accepted from the beginning of July until the end of October; proposals submitted outside that time will be deleted unread. Include your name; the name your work is presented under; the titles of any specific pieces you wish to perform; the complete technical requirements of your performance; the duration of your performance; and any other information you would like us to consider.
We host a wide range of music that embraces experimentalisms of various kinds, but we are not interested in conventional rock, pop, folk, etc.–there are many excellent festivals that present those kinds of music in northern BC already! Thank you for your interest in the festival; we welcome your proposals!
